You can call a local performance shop and ask them if they can adjust the clutch more to your liking. There is also aftermarket clutch peddle springs. Maybe that will change the clutch peddle feel ?

I think the organic compound clutches (RST) are supposed to have a break-in period / procedure, but I don't know what that is.

Was the cross threaded bolt repairable?
I've already got a Steeda clutch spring, which may be resulting in the extra soft feel with the new clutch.

It will likely stay the same. On mechanical clutches it would be a problem, but on hydraulic ones, they are always self adjusting.
Interesting. I wasn't aware of that. If that's the case, then I don't really have any gripes with it, as long as it holds after the break in period is done and I do some hard launches.

You may also want to try it without any spring in place. Wiht my rxt there's no slop at top and it's a nice consistent feel from top to bottom.
