I can quote a thread on here. A member had issues with his phase 1 install. Car just wasn't running right. His local Ford/Roush Performance dealership couldn't figure it out either working over the phone with Roush.

Roush actually paid to ship this gentlemans car from FL to MI to dyno tune it at their headquarters at no cost to the customer! Then shipped it back to his door step in tip top shape! That's not some third party warrantee.. That's a class act company that stands behind their proven product!

As for a daily driver I have a roush and it is great. My buddy with same car with a Whipple has had issues like crazy. His tune was jacked. He blewhis motor 9000 miles in. Sorry Whipple boys but you need to do some research.
I'm sure it was because of Whipple and not the Timing sprocket. But it's always "my buddy, my friend" and zero evidence to prove otherwise.
I Call BS ..
Ditto.

Yep, that's exactly what it was. As he started to bring it to the forum, the situation was fixed quickly.

You guys have no clue what you are talking about. Go to your ford dealer and ask what the relationship is with Whipple. The answer will be nothing. I know for fact that they work better for Roush. I have done my research and like i said, the place to be is with Roush. No im not saying that because I have one. I looked at whipple, Roush and Hellion Turbo. I did all my research including talking to the dealers. All of which recommended Roush. I have had no issues with service at all and the dealer installed it so whatever people are saying on here please prove me wrong. show me a rejected Roush warranty claim. You cant , sorry.

We did our research and chose wisely.

My buddy this, my buddy that.

My sisters cousins uncles third wife's mothers grandson blah, blah, blah.

The same guy writes the tunes for Roush and Whipple so your credibility smells familiar.

At the end of the day what do I care what you buy? I don't I just hate when uneducated ignorant people sling false information and blow verbal diarrhea around cluelessly.

The truth is out there

Again you post one sided in accurate info just like the warranty info.

No factory warranty, supplemental just like we offer so nobody is truly honoring factory warranties. The laugh is we offered the same kit, 2011-2014 with FRPP, many dealers installed it, guess what, no powertrain warranty.

Factory tune? Again you realize the cal comes from the same place. The difference is that is the early version, let's call it rev b. We are on rev z with lots of enhanced features. Ford software, recognized at a dealership, done by ford engineers. Flash tool is the same as ford performance but better options.

We have many Ford dealers that install ours because they did the proper research and want to offer the customers the best.

We all understand your decision and that's great but you purchased because of a name and a warranty, not because it's better in many ways. It can clearly give you reliable power but misleading others isn't helpful.

I'm actually very surprised to find out that you are the owner of Whipple.. Based on the way you carry yourself on here I would not think you were a successful professional. You slander, lie, and negative sell other brands in public forums? I would be ashamed to be affiliated with your product after seeing the way you conduct yourself..

I joined this website to share insights with other like minded s550 owner. Learn about different products and mods and celebrate in each others successes regardless of what brand products we each use. But you sir, you have made my experience different. And I've taken one thing away from this site so far. Don't buy or rexommend to anyone to buy Whipple. The owner of the company is an immature, unprofessional, rude individual who is surly going to tank the companies reputation!

Can we close this thread please, it's offering nothing to the OP or those of us that want to know the same info, continuing to argue about warranty or no warranty does nothing for those of us that want to know the differences in driveability....

I can guarantee I've had my car AND supercharged it before you got yours so again your information is complete BS

I get it you like your Roush great go enjoy it but stop slinging false info to the next guy in the market trying to make an informed decision based on facts. That's what I'm commenting on.

Am I a Whipple fan boy? 1000% yes but I have never stated anything other than fact for people to read. I have helped people on all sides of the fence and ultimately as long as we all end up liking what we went with we all win.

Third, I'm not saying anything negative about the Roush kit (until now), it will work just fine for some people but it's the classic case of buying something and eventually wishing you didn't when you learn for a short amount more money you could have had WAY better than what you bought. That's when people try to justify to themselves they are happy and preach online to get others to make the same decision. Sound familiar? ;)

So, to answer the OP EVERY kit you find can be a daily driver right out of the box. Some keep you wishing you had more ........... and the rest are better options.
Now you are drinking the kool-aid and assuming you know what others want. I'm very happy with what I have and have no real interest in adding more power. I live in the sticks & it's hard to find times/roads where I can even begin to open up the car. I doubt I'm even using 2/3's of it's potential. Just because this or that brand offers more power doesn't make it a better choice unless your goal is to exact the max power possible from your car (presumably without blowing it up in the process).

This is especially true for someone more interested in a DD vs. a car they plan to drag or track. We all have different goals and it's great to have a variety of options to choose from, but it's arrogant & presumptuous to come here and say those of us happy @ 670hp are secretly wishing we had a balls out 800+ hp set-up.

I have street tires (invos) and the blow with this much power. I have a procharger and it won't hook on these tires. The only way I can get it to hook is from a 60 roll starting in 4th. I need a drag radial asap.
