Has anyone ever attempted to install these without a heat gun or blow dryer?

I live in a condo with no access to an outlet in the garage. My plan was to install it and leave the car in the sun after for a few hours, but if that is too risky of getting bubbles or not sticking it right I might just ask the person that will do my window tints to install it.

It may be possible, but the heat gun helped to make sure the corner held properly for me. I almost got it all the way without but figured better safe than sorry.

Do you have a squeegee and a spray bottle? You'll need those at a minimum. If it were me, I wouldn't apply it without a heat gun. See if your tint guy can do it for cheap. It should take him all of 15 minutes to do it with the right equipment and experience.

If you try, I bet you could find a number of friendly places which would let you plug in an extension cord for a couple minutes.

Tempted to just buy a cheap cordless heat gun for $100 then, the shop will probably ask at least $50 to install them, might as well spend an extra 50 and have a heat gun for anything else I might need.

I installed mine and can't imagine getting it done right without a heat gun

Based on everyone else's input I just followed this route :) Hopefully should be able to install it during the weekend.
