16 Gt, passenger headlight out. Checked fuses, replaced bulb still out. Replaced ballast with ballast from my other 16 Gt, headlight now worked, looked over and DRIVER headlight now out! Put original ballast back in, now both headlights out! Changed headlight switch, still nothing. Am I missing anything?? I'm terrible with wiring, just trying to see if there is anything else I could check. Thanks.

Did you ever figure this out? I sorta have the same issue. One of my headlights randomly will start/not start and then either turn off/on once driving. Ford said the issue is the RTR grille lights (real ones not eBay) but it also does it if the RTR lights are not connected, but the damn car won't do it at the dealership. The DRLs work but the headlight itself will either: start on then turn of, start off then turn on after driving and everything in between.
