Drivers headlight bulb won’t work

Hey everyone, my drivers headlight bulb won’t work with the car started.... but works when it’s in accessory mode? Was wondering if anyone had this issue before. Tried Facebook but no one replies there.

2015-2017 has HID lamps, could be a bad ballast or loose connection. Try wiggling the connectors to the ballast or back of headlight.

2018-current has LED headlight assemblies.
