I am starting to research headers and was wondering what size would go well with the Corsa Xtreme 3" cat back. I am leaning more towards Kooks 1 7/8 headers. Any input from those of you who already pulled the trigger? Any fitment issues, anything to look out for, ect? :)

I am also going for O/R headers.

Kooks, arh, and Stanless works are all great fit and quality. You should not have any issues. Btw I plan on getting the exact same setup! They sound amazing!!!

Great minds think alike, I can't begin to imagine how kooks OR + Corsa will sound in person.

I've heard quite a few videos on YouTube and it sounds great. Sounds like it gets rid of the raspiness.

It doesn't get rid of the raspiness. The volume has increased exponentially. Especially if go O/R. I have SW catted to Corsa and it is insanely loud.

No, I'm with you! I owned magnaflows, but the deep tone just wasn't for me. The rasp grew on me.

For you stainless power guys, did you reuse the factory studs or take them out and use bolts?

It sounds more crisp I should say, not so much poppy sounding if that makes since.

If you would like to hear it I also live in Fort Worth. I love the sound and yes Crisp is how I would also describe it and flutters. I dont get any popping as the cats help a lot with the back pressure. With the O/R pipes in, it pops and crackles.
