Hey all, new member here, but have been following this thread for some time as I placed an order for a 2021 FJG Premium 6 Speed HP with Recaros on 03/29. Just received an update from Ford, New build date is set for 08/23. Anyone domestic with a similar order/build date confirmation?

Perhaps the reason why Ford has set our Delivery estimates to N/A is because they are attempting to reduce the likelihood that customers-to-be will cancel their orders.

Call 1-800-367-3788 (Press #1) : There are four Ford guys there and they're all great and will help or reach out to their peeps to help and find out what's going on. They helped me through my "crazy time".

Thanks for the tip. I hadn't received any updates in a few weeks and my link to track my car was no longer working. I call the general number yesterday and they told me to call the dealer. I saw your post last night and called the number above. Brian (I think) was very helpful. My build date has bounced back and forth a couple of times but tracking for a July 19th build week. I ordered it April 26th. FJG, auto, 700, upgraded rims, -nav and B&O. Ordered through Zack.

when do you get the first email with information for order priority, tracking, order# etc? I ordered this morning and got a confirmation email from the dealer, and another from ford that they've received the order.

Hmm wonder when your dealer actually entered the order with Ford? I ordered March 19, dealer ordered with Ford March 22, I’ve received 10 emails with production date changes and the last one said week of July 26.

I was looking at my window sticker for my Mach 1 and saw the build date was 3/26. The car was at the dealership on the 24th of April so it took less than a month for delivery. So here’s wishing a summer time delivery, y’all will not be disappointed!

I ordered on April 26th and on the 29th I had a VIN and production date of Aug 2. It has since moved up 2 weeks. Keeping my fingers crossed it happens on, or ahead, of schedule.

Import the original if it bothers you that much, plenty of people do the same here. Of course the warranty is kinda a bust then.

Placed with the dealer 03/29, confirmed 03/30. They have been a nightmare to deal with, absolutely zero communication, I have six email attempts with three sales people and two sales managers all included over the past 7/weeks without a single response or acknowledgement. If they hadn't matched Granger's 2% under, I would have cancelled my order and had them refund my deposit weeks ago.

Call Ford Performance at 800-367-3788 option 1 and give them the last 8 digits of your VIN and they'll tell you exactly where it's at. Last email I got from Ford a few weeks ago said my build would be July 26, but I called FP today and they told me it's actually July 19.
