Hard Shift Between 4 & 5 Gear

2019 - 10 Speed Automatic on Eco Boost

While driving in sport mode I am noticing a very hard shift between 4th and 5th gear. Only appears in Sport mode normal mode it is smooth.

Has anyone experienced this?

My 2018 GT A10 has done this for almost 15,000 miles now. I never took it in to the dealer but I think its time I should because the car does this from 2-3 and 4-5 shift now as well. I believe its due to the auto trans not being filled properly from the factory.

I saw that post when I posted this. I am going to check the levels. Do you plan on taking to dealer or checking levels your self and then making a decision - or add fluid if needed?

I don't have the means to check the level because I like in an apartment complex. I will take it to an independent shop I frequent and have them top it off if needed. If low fluid is not the issue, I will take it to the dealer once this COVID-19 is past us.
