I saw one in the wild yesterday. It was plugged in to a charging station. (It was also dirty as hell)
I slowed down/stopped to check it out and just shook my head. I was sorta hoping the owner was around and saw me looking down my nose at it. So I was looking around to see if anyone was watching and I caught the eye of another guy and we both shook our heads and shrugged our shoulders.
I revved up a bit and went on my way. No idea if the owner caught any of it.
