FYI folks Hagerty has raised my premium 35%. They’ve priced themselves out.
I just signed with Hagerty, for my Mach. Price difference between Grundy and Hagerty was around $50

What is their justification for raising your premium 35%???

I think they shook one of those balls with the liquid and the dice in it. - 🤣 $1260. You can probably get unrestricted daily driver 6 mos. for that. ACI was $840. Grundy is about the same but Grundy customer service kinda sucked for me. Even the quote was a chore for them.

I got an email from Hagerty yesterday stating “A review by our team of valuation experts recommends a $12,000 value increase on your 2019 FORD MUSTANG GT 350”
I had a stated value of $60,000 and just increased it to $72,000 at an additional cost of $172. I paid $64,404 in 2019 For the car. It’s the first time in my life I’ve had a 3 year old car increase in value out of 14 new cars that I’ve owned. I’ve been offered $75,000 for it twice from two different guys. One of the guys was aggravated that I wouldn’t sell it. I told him I’m not a money guy, I’m a car guy, I ordered the exact car I wanted, waited 8 months for it, I love the car and have no intention of selling it. He says everything Has a price, what do you want for it? I said maybe $250,000. He was so put out and frustrated his face turned red said that‘s ridiculous it’s NOT worth that!
If he has $75,000 to spend on a GT350 I’m sure he can find someone to sell him one it just won’t be me.

Someone offered to buy my Mach 1 the first time I took it out. It’s crazy.

@IPOGT

Try American Collectors Insurance... I've had my 94 Cobra with them for over 15 years now... Great Co., fair pricing, Agreed Value, 8% annual value appreciation (2% per quarter), stored parts can be insured, project cars can be insured... they offer quite a bit of benefits to the Customer.
