I dont see how you're gonna make 16psi on the 3.6 unless you rev it to 8200 or that balancer is bigger than stock. Lund will likely not give you more than about 18-19* of timing. So im still guessing around 750whp and thats putting big hopes that cams will make a difference.

Thats not very accurate. Air load from a log would be more accurate.

Even 16psi at 20° would be no more than 840’ish through the 6R80…..

Set your hopes LOW……. Then if it throws up 780-830 ish, you won’t be disappointed.

I think you should have targeted 800-820.
