It was 755.... but don’t trust the Easter eggs.wasnt another easter egg showing 775? where the other for the gt was 455, and we got 460?
By now, all production tooling is already kicked off.Anything over 3900 pounds and the HP becomes somewhat mute IMO. Most of us GT350 owners prefer a great handling balanced car, that becomes challenging above 4k. If this car has been in development as long as reported and is still 15 months out I suspect we'll see some impressive efforts to cut weight.

Twin turbos was what I was hoping for.Don't forget the twin turbos!
I am hoping its a 2019 MY as we can order it this year and get it early 2019 as usually done. I know that may not be the case. Really suck if we have to wait a whole year just to order. That would be horrible. :frusty:"Arriving in 2019, the all-new Mustang Shelby® GT500® will be the pinnacle of Mustang performance and highlights the innovation, ingenuity and passion of Ford Performance"
MY 2019 (later in calendar year 2018), or calendar year 2019?
I read it as calendar year 2019 making it a MY 2020 vehicle. If this was going to be a MY 2019 car, I think we may have had more than a cgi video at the Detroit auto show. I am a firm believer that we will get more info at the Chicago auto show in Feb, however I don't see this happening this year.
Your thoughts?
They didn't say MY2019, they said 2019. That was just as ambiguous as the rest of the video. I am thankful for the cgi because based upon the wing and other items, it looks like a 1LE killer. Ford would fall flat on their face if it didn't advance beyond the bar that the 1LE set.I am hoping its a 2019 MY as we can order it this year and get it early 2019 as usually done. Do you think we'll see that during S550 lifespan? I would love to see a SC V8 with DCT and some electric motors powering the front!! The acceleration would be awesome.Great news is, add some electric motors and despite the weight, it will be ludicrously fast! ;)
Still seems far off it it's a year plus from production but to that point it's still a 3 year (plus) cycle to job1. I'm not in the auto industry but I can't imagine it takes 3 years to certify a blower and some cosmetics.By now, all production tooling is already kicked off.

It is going to be what it is going to be. I'm locked in for the first allocation at my dealer. It was agreed upon that if the car fell short, all bets are off.
Patiently waiting for February for more information.
