Hmm not sure it feels like the rear is giving me any problem? Or does the rear setup make the front feel like it's rolling over in turns?
the PP1 rears have atrocious lack of rebound damping.

OK, does that explain why the front feels like it rolls quickly a little and then feels firm?

somewhat because the opposite corner rear shock is extending quickly which allows the weight shift to the front. But the PP1 rear shocks are crap regardless and need to be tossed at the first opportunity - plus you're running 800lb/in springs and the PP1 rear damper already can't handle the PP1 spring rates. @Brian@BMVK should chime in here soon enough. Your "problem" is IMO bars or the perception thereof. A properly sorted car doesn't list. If you want the rolling on high seas experience you have to upgrade to a Dodge.

Ha my wife describes cornering in a Challenger SRT like trying to drive a fast garbage truck

Yep curious to hear Brian's thoughts, looks like he was one of the pioneers of the GT350R spring usage in GT's.

I agree with Matt on the dampers being the source of what you're feeling. Bilsteins or FP track monotubes would change all that with your current springs.
OK so keep the stock front PP1 struts and replace the rear PP1 shocks with Bilsteins or FP? Or replace the struts too?

With good reason . . . wheel rates that are still entirely live-able for most performance-oriented folks combined with minimal adverse effects on steering & suspension geometry. What's not to like?

Both would be a lot more effective. I understand it is significant work. Some have reported the Bilstein front struts raising the front slightly vs stock, just an FYI.
A member here is selling 2,000 mile used FP track struts and shocks but doesn't look like he's including the dust boots, strut spring seats or mounts, bump stops, upper rod nuts, or upper shock mounts that come with the kit. Any idea if my stock PP1 parts could be used instead?

I'd grab those if you can. Your bumpstops, boots, mounts all work with them.
Got 'em for $250 delivered :like: sure beats $600 new. Seller said they were a bit too harsh for their local roads with the FP springs and switched to a Steeda progressive setup. Thinking about replacing the 210 lb J&M front springs with FR3Z-5310-K GT350 194 lb springs while I have the car apart to soften the ride a little and gain a little height since the previous owner didn't care for the stiffness of the ride, see any drawbacks to doing that?

Damn beat me to it! I was looking into getting the extra pieces and they were gone. Good score!

Thanks but I can get them from our local Ford dealer for about $100... pretty much the same cost as if I bought yours and paid for shipping. Good luck!
Sent you a pm

Probably not a bad idea but I'd be worried about reverse rake.
OK got everything installed last night. Replaced the stock PP1 struts and shocks with a set of used FP Track struts and shocks from @andreop. Replaced the 210 lb front J&M springs with base GT350 194 lb front springs from @JohnVallo 's GT350 via @Jonyxz. Thanks for your contributions guys! Kept the J&M 815 lb rear springs, I like those. Drops from stock PP1 heights are .25" front and rear. The ride difference in normal street driving over the stock PP1 struts and shocks is very subtle; a little bit firmer, not harsh at all, very livable. However, this did improve the thing I didn't like about the previous setup, which was an initial little bit of body roll in turns. Steering and turning seems to be sharper now. All in all very happy with this setup, and as a bonus no more rubbing with the PP2 wheels in front! Thanks all for your input! Will have a lot of parts to post in the classifieds when I have a chance.
