GT350 Track Attack Program Begins April 2016

Anyone know what the cost is for an additional day and/or adding a guest to participate also?

$1895 for the second day in a Boss 302FRS.

$1595 for a driving guest in an S550 Mustang GT. Second day for the guest would be the same prices depending on the car.

One-day event is free for you, the owner. The costs I noted prior are all optional if you want that. Non-driving guest gets to just hang around, watch and they'll get a ride at the end during instructor hot laps (I think he said it was somewhere around $130). Dinner the night prior and lunch is included for all. Travel and accomodations are all on you.

I'm thinking I may take this opportunity to check off some bucket list items. Thinking I'll go in May and fly to Denver CO. Then take the scenic drive (I70) through the Rockies and to Arches National Park Utah. Stay a night there and then head to Salt Lake for the GT350 track day. Any thoughts such as May not being an ideal time for these destinations?

May would be a great time of the year unless you really want to experience the Utah desert then try August. If you plan it right be in Boulder Colorado on a Saturday-check out the Shelby American Collection-greatest Shelby collection in the world. Oh, it is only open on Saturdays.

Oh, dates are gonna disappear FAST. Ask the Boss guys-sitting on your ass "thinking" about dates is NOT the smart move.

Registration is open-Do It and have a damn good time!!!!!

Jeff, we can check with the program manager but it is probably safe to bet that this program will be for owners. Imagine if we pulled a prospective customer ahead, they participated in the track event and then backed out of the sale. Now we have an issue for the next owner. Thanks for your understanding.

I replied with:

That's understandable. Consider all of the buyers who ordered and have been waiting for your most expensive model, GT350R. Imagine those buyers never getting the opportunity to participate. I'm not suggesting that you allow unconfirmed buyers to the program - just pointing out that this would be frustrating and hoping you guys can figure something out to help prevent this.

One of the guys online had a great suggestion. How about reserving 1 spot a week for future R owners? It sounds like this whole program fills up fast based on what the previous Boss 302 guys are saying. A bunch of us who ordered Rs 5-6 months ago really want to participate but we're kind of in limbo here. Thanks and happy Friday!

It looks like only April/May so far, I would prefer to go in the fall if the program runs that far.
My work schedule in spring is brutal. I hope it continues longer than 2 months.

I'm in for May 31 & June 1st. That is Memorial Day week and already off on Monday. Where is everyone staying? My car owner (wife) is going too and we have never been to SLC. Can't wait almost as bad as waiting for the car.
