Id be looking to purchase if the price hadn't changed. I can live without it now I guess...

Installed the GT350 steering wheel at lunch today. Follow the instructions already provided by some of the kind forum members and you won't have any problem. My big fingers are not friendly with little screws so just make sure you are careful not to drop them into the steering wheel assembly. Only other issue was getting the silver trim pieces that reside at three o'clock and nine o'clock to snap into the steering wheel itself. The alcantara suede is a bit thicker than the original steering wheel's leather, so it took some squeezing to get the tooth on each trim piece to snap into place on the wheel. Other than that, very straightforward.

For those of you on the fence, I highly recommend the upgrade. It is the ONE part of your Mustang that you are always in contact with. Before the swap, I was holding on to the same steering wheel as in my wife's 2013 Fusion. (Not that there's anything wrong with that.....)

$419? No thanks over the regular 350 wheel for color. Yikes, Ford really jacked the price up.

I guess they didn't keep the leather around the 10-2 o'clock areas either like pre-production, so the only difference with the regular 350 wheel is the color. That's disappointing, that's what I was holding out for the R wheel for.

Ah didn't notice the bezels; that's nice. Although it doesnt match anything else in the interior; just so many colors and textures.

I wish they kept the leather from 10-2 like the pre-production R wheels had to match the bottom.

Mounted mine last night. Really easy thanks to the DIY posted. Many thanks.

Love the feel. Similar to the Alcantara wheel from Porsche. Just $800 cheaper. Yikes.

Love the pricing on mods for the Mustang.
