I don't think it'll look right without the GT350 bumper. Otherwise it'll just be a splash guard sitting out there. The bottom plastic piece of the GT350 bumper seems to be quite a bit bigger than the one on a premium GT, and the base GT doesn't have one at all.

It looks like it may even be part of the bumper.

I'll let you know tomorrow. I ordered the GT350 rear valance / dual tip muffler kit and it ships tomorrow afternoon. If it is part of anything I'd guess it would be part of the valance. The bumper itself looks unchanged to me.

Here are zoomed in photos of the rears of both cars. The guards don't appear to be part of the valance on the GT350. I think they will look just fine paired with the GT valance. Though it will look nicer for those of us with the premium valance due to the black trimmed valance with black splash guards.
