I’m currently running Headers and e85 on my 2017gt350 and my O2 sensors did not pass inspection. Can anyone recommend any defoulers/extentions?

need to make sure this isn't a tune issue before you throw non-foulers on.

If your o2 sensors are "not ready" you will still fail inspection with the spacers. Do you have either P0420 or P0430 stored or a CEL on the dash?

Then unfortunately id bet you still wont be able to pass with the non fouler installed.

If the rear o2 sensors are not ready you'll fail for that, if your tune disables the rear o2 sensors (to avoid the CEL) they never go ready.

I'm getting the P0420 and P0430 codes and CEL on m 2018 GT350. I do not have defoulers installed and have asked the tuner (Lund) about it and they will not adjust the tune to avoid these code errors which activate the CEL. I understand why they don't want to do that. Is the defouler install the simple/only solution to this? I know people just clear the codes when they arise, which is what I've been doing since I installed my Stainless Works LTH (high-flow cats).

No point in clearing them when they just come back. Get the defoulers or get cats.

Not all aftermarket cats will clean the exhaust up enough to pass, so that's 'normal'

I had the same issue with my catted headers. Some tuners turn off the rear O2 sensors for long tubes. If the rear O2 sensors are on, defoulers will hopefully work for you as I just did the same thing. I kept getting the P0420 code.
