with that part number the cheapest I found was like 589 plus a $300 core charge. also something to consider is the GT350 cluster has that shift light in the dash so you would need to buy that part 2 and maybe a dash piece that the shift light would have to fit into and maybe the cable to for the shift light and that's if the dash harness is it different. might require some custom wiring. so who's going to make the First Leap.

Interesting thoughts on using the HUD shift light as well if it is controlled from the gt350 gauge cluster. Should be able to have the digital speedo in the center readout as well.

I think doing the swap will require ford to program your VIN and mileage into the gauge cluster for it to work correctly on the Canbus network.

Nice thank you for the find.

I will probably take the dive and pick one up if I can confirm it's the full cluster.

Would most dealers be willing to reprogram it?

The software should be stored on the cluster (IPC). This is flash able, but not an easy task without the expensive Ford tool. Some of the Focus guys have successfully flashed the IPC to newer firmware versions (get quad display, speedo, etc) with off the shelf obd tools but it is a VERY long process.

This is kinda veering off topic, but I would almost bet if you flashed a GT with the GT350 firmware you would get the digital speedo.

Does anyone know if this has been completed and what does/does not work from the 350 cluster? Would like to add this to my car
