GT350 FORScan Tweaks

I remember reading somewhere that the latest version of Forscan had some issues with our cars. I can't remember where...
Is the Forscan version just prior to the current version still available? Could you'd try and download that one??

I had version 2.3.3, and same issue, extended license wouldn't install, so I removed everything forscan related from my computer thinking that would work, then installed latest forscan version and new extended license, but the two don't seem to be talking to each other still. I get the message, "License added to registry" when I save and open the extended license download, but I am not sure what registry it was added too, because it's not forscan, lol. With the initial install it was super easy, just worked.

I know a solution would be to just start over with another windows based laptop with bluetooth (wife recently bought a new one) and use her info to register with forscan, wait for the email, and obtain a new license, just don't think it should be so complicated...

PROBLEM SOLVED

Solved the problem, wrong date/time on my computer! I was using an older Window laptop and I let the battery die, date was outside of extended license date. :headbonk: I added this potential issue to my summary for using forscan:

So good news is forscan is working, bad news is the two latest things I tried to modify don't work:

Sound enhancement disable 727-01-01 1801 C000 0009
My stock code: 1801 3A08 008B

Nav in Motion (so wife can enter addresses while driving) 7D0-02-01 X7XX XXXX XXXX

Anyone with codes to modify that work for the GT350 for these two things?

I have the same enable code for the ESE. Based on info from [MENTION=26415]solodogg[/MENTION], I understand the disable code is xxxx-x8xx-xxxx. The last two digits should automatically change/fill in by Forscan.
I have not had a chance to check this out.

I have not heard of the nav change as you describe...

Check out post 422 for codes for US cars, Canadian cars have different country code.

Yes u must have license to write or change things.

[MENTION=17369]rb92gt[/MENTION] I had problems writing to some modules using 2.3.9. I downgraded to 2.3.8 and it worked fine. I'd start there.

It let me write it just fine, just didn't notice any difference in sound, and Nav in Motion didn't work. My guess is the codes for these two mods are not valid, they were posted by someone without a GT350.
