More colors are coming, you just may have to wait if the color you want is not part of the initial introduction. Ford is going to leave some colors for future releases to keep up the interest and for special editions.

My guess is just gut feeling + history of cars like this. I mean look as short back as the boss with gotta have it green and school bus yellow...those weren't offered both years. It's a great way for ford to keep interest in a vehicle even after just one year.
