Wow. That's pretty impressive.

Would love to see pics of the work you are doing.
I'd love to post them, but this forum doesn't allow tapatalk anymore. I can send or text them as I go if you like.
Scott.

IRS out.
I made a quick IRS cradle jig to allow me to drop the complete assembly by myself without dropping it lol. I just set it ontop my hydraulic scissor lift table. Worked like a charm and also allows me a place to disassemble the rear end. Once I take everything apart and remove all the old bushings I'm going to powder coat everything.

Under car.
To remove the complete IRS it's pretty easy. One electrical harness disconnect, unbolt the shocks and calipers and parking brake cables.

Lol. Who do you think started that R caliper thread? I bought the R calipers last winter. I have had all these parts since last winter but haven't had time away from work until now. I also been waiting on the Vorshlag camber plates. I finally got them a month or so ago and didn't want to do bits and pieces here and there. I wanted to do all at once.
I'm removing all the suspension and powder coating everything. I'm also installing everything in my signature now. Finally! lol.

I had some uni-strut laying around from a previous project I did in my garage (central AC install) and I just whipped this up to prevent dropping the rear IRS. It could be easily duplicate with tubing or uni-strut for little money. I wanted it high enough to also use it as a holder to disassemble and re-assembly.

Sorry about the sideways pics.

Lol.
Really nothing to it. I have been putting it off for way to long and have been wanting to get it done but my business takes all my time 7 days a week. I'll have the front end apart tomorrow. Hope to finish all the powder coating by Wednesday or Thursday and start reassembling.
