Nice so the 5.0 coyote is 444lbs... I think this is probably around 420ish maybe lighter.

I have to wonder if these manifolds share the port shape and size with the regular coyote heads..
Exhaust swap anyone?
Different firing order, different focus on exhaust scavenging. If you read into the flat-plane crank design you'll see the different philosophies in exhaust tuning.
The Gen 1 Coyote (with piston oil squirters) weighed 429.9lbs ready to run. The Gen 2 Coyote (piston squirter delete) weighed 428.8lbs. The piston oil squirters were put back in last year. So, with the small changes, I'd expect it to still be around 430lbs. DI will add 10-20lbs in the future... This is also an 8 quart motor which makes the Coyote a little heavier than the 418lbs LS3. 8-10lbs could be lost with PTWA as well as a slight output bump and increase in MPG's.Nice so the 5.0 coyote is 444lbs... That may be shipping weight, which would include packaging and pallet. Thanks for the correction! I found that the crate motor was 444lbs?
@thePill - Did you hear that the GT350R is 500lbs lighter than the GT? That would make the GT350 370lbs lighter. That's a pill for those Chevy boys to swallow!
I have heard from Ford Racing that the GT350R is 500lbs lighter than the Mustang GT. They also say it is 130lbs lighter than the GT350 as well as other standard press release stuff.@thePill - Did you hear that the GT350R is 500lbs lighter than the GT? I continuously try to caution their base on a regular basis. I don't feel bad for the core elitist over there, never have, never will...Oh yeah...it's been discussed
Camaro5 isn't a happy place right now about the GT350R
