  1. Poll: Which Shelby GT350/R are you getting?

Aval grey, black roof, and track pack.

Just my thoughts. If this is a track oriented car then it would yield a substantial torque output. Plus going off Carolls "torque wins races" saying I suspect this car to yield 475ft/lbs. The FP team won't do us wrong, and speculation comes with anxious anticipation for this product. I say...
  3. GT350 Dealers List.

I don't think you get the main argument here. @FiveOhBrian
  4. GT350 Dealers List.

    Agreed!
  5. GT350 Dealers List.

We need to come together in these times of ADM. If I'm paying ADM I might as well burn my money right in front of the salesman. What did they do to earn it? That's stealing if you are misinformed about the car you are trying to purchase or clueless. If you have information regarding a dealer...
  6. gt 350 fix thread

If it's a track car like Ford says why would you want steep gears? They should offer 3.55s you would really be able to build speed, and not have to change gears as much.
  7. Ordering Guide - 2015-2016 Shelby GT350 and GT350R Mustang

I'm just saying have individual options as well. I don't want to foot a $1k+ CC rotor when it needs to be changed.
  8. Ordering Guide - 2015-2016 Shelby GT350 and GT350R Mustang

Question... I understand why they do packages so it's easier for assembly, but why not make options individual? I can understand a dealer ordering the car with packages. As a customer I want the option to individualize my car with things that will work for me. Like a GT350R I want regular iron...

I understand I'm being conservative with my estimates. That way we don't get our hopes up and when we see official numbers it's better than expected.
  10. GT350 5.2L V8 Voodoo Engine (Pictures)

The weight lost in the drivetrain is offset by what the car gains in other areas so I didn't add it to the above. What do you guys think? Realistic or not?
  11. GT350 5.2L V8 Voodoo Engine (Pictures)

    I mean how much can a radiator support really save weight wise? (4lbs) 5.2L weight vs 5.0L? (3lbs) What about wheels? (80lbs/128lbs static weight) Track pack? (+15lbs) Rotor hats in all 4 corners? (4lbs) 3814lbs (GT) +/- above= 3690lbs GT350 3705lbs (Base GT) +/- above= 3581lbs GT350 I'm...
  12. GT350 5.2L V8 Voodoo Engine (Pictures)

True but I've basically posted that exact stuff here, and there on the forum.
  13. GT350 5.2L V8 Voodoo Engine (Pictures)

@thePill if you had to guess what would you say weight wise for the GT350?
  14. GT350 5.2L V8 Voodoo Engine (Pictures)

Ford knows that this car is a "want" not "need" so make us want it like a necessity.
  15. GT350 5.2L V8 Voodoo Engine (Pictures)

They need to release specs soon. I'd like to plan finically. Or at least release the weight of the GT350 & GT350R that would make the decision so much easier.
  16. GT350 5.2L V8 Voodoo Engine (Pictures)

Don't know what the weight of the FPC v. CPC is so I couldn't tell you.
  17. GT350 5.2L V8 Voodoo Engine (Pictures)

Rotational mass is equal to 83.2lbs of static weight....
  18. GT350 5.2L V8 Voodoo Engine (Pictures)

3500lbs is starting to seem like a pipe dream.
  19. GT350 5.2L V8 Voodoo Engine (Pictures)

CF wheels on the GT350R will roughly save about (1.6x13lbsx4=83.2lbs) 83.2lbs of static weight.
