I don't exactly go easy on it and have averaged about 13.5L/100km thus far.

I only drive city, and I'm getting 17 to 18 L/100km on it.

I have 1700kms on mine, use 87 only.

8000km on my GT PP now. I live and work in downtown Edmonton, so commuting involves more stop than go. 18-20L/100KM is normal for me.

Congrats on the ride!
I run 91 although running 87 is fine too. I try to run shell vpower but there's a pioneer station closest to me so that where I typically fill up.

Just did a day road trip out to Tofino and back. 537kms and I averaged 9.7L/100km.

That's damn fine for a 435hp car.

I've been getting better lately. 12.8L/100 in the city driving like a granny 80% of the time. Started using Hughes 91. Heard somewhere you get better mileage with their gas as they don't add any extra cleaners...not sure of that's true but I seem to be getting better mileage.

Interesting.. ill try hughes next time. I usually do shell91 or petro91. Still 14 or 15 city driving at 60kmh. Did a roadtrip to banff and got 9.2l for most of highway driving.

I have to admit that I'm having EXTREME difficulty driving it reasonably all the time. The machine begs to be stepped on.

And by "all the time", I mean "most of the time".

And by "most of the time", I mean "occasionally".

I have about 600kms on my car - only 200 are mine, car got used a lot for "test drives". Anyway I got about 15L/100km today with a 150km drive this afternoon. I did notice that having it on Sport mode caused a lot more consumption than Normal. I guess that is to be expected on an automatic car since the upshift points are higher and rev-matching downshifts in Sport.

I use 94 octane Chevron which is 0% Ethanol. It's an excellent fuel - it is refined this way with no octane booster at the pump. I toured their refinery about 10 years ago as they were one of my customers at the time.
