Looking to buy a used GT Upper grill as long as all the tabs are attached (none broken)

It will not fit your ecoboost, GT grill is located further back in the grill, you have an intercooler therefore your grill is mounted further ahead

That's not correct. I've personally seen EBs with GT grilles installed. It fits just fine.
