Gt 5.0 2018 hvac issues

Hi all.
I was hoping someone could help. The hvac fan despite showing between 1 and 7 on screen doesn’t work, fuses ok, resistor changed , fan tested. All the common items so any ideas, it’s freezing and the screen keeps misting .

Put the car on a bidirectional scan tool and check for codes and/or communication issues.
The Body Control Module and the APIM have a whole lot of say in, basically, anything we touch in the cabin and a bunch more that we don't touch directly.

The fan connector does not have 12V present correct? Do the pins at the blower relay have the correct voltages at each pin? The fan is controlled electronically, not from a resistor. What resistor are you talking about?
