I am looking at starting possible group buys for fellow S550 owners. My day job is a Parts at a Ford dealer in Illinois and was approached by my vendor about getting bulk quantities of Ford Performance/Ford Accessories.

Everything would be done formally through our Ford Parts ordering website with official Ford Parts receipts and all that good stuff.

But I’m wondering if there is interest in FP group buys at all? If so, what interests people the most?

Depending on response and interest in the mentioned parts I can reach out and figure out pricing/discounts and time frames.

Cheers,

Alex

I just picked up a pile of FP stuff this year, but going forward I guess I'd be interested in brakes and the front control arm kit if the prices were good. Maybe rear diff stuff.

I think stuff like GT500 cam/valve covers might have some appeal. I know Levittown has had some success with their packages of parts that let you retrofit stuff, the GT500 airbox cover is relatively recent and seems somewhat popular.

That’s all good stuff. Had not even thought about the GT500 retrofitting parts yet. I know that the packages from FP are much better pricing than if you were to buy parts direct from a parts dept. I’ll make a spreadsheet or something so we can keep track of interest.

Since it’s not a FP part, shoot me a PM and I’ll see if I can get you a better price point than what you’re already at. I’ll be at work within an hour to check.

Mach 1 active kit? Catch cans I will add to the list as well!
actually just the rear diffuser/valance. I already have active, but I love the look of the Mach rear

I just bought myself the M1 active upgrade. It’s a game changer. But I don’t think the stock active exhaust tips would fit well with just the valence. The exhaust hangers are different and the mach 1 tips are fitted to a slightly angled piece of piping from the mufflers. The kit also came with rock guards and the underbody shield with the air scoops as well. It was a fun install last weekend šŸ˜‚

Edit: it also came with active exhaust actuators - which I wasn’t aware of. So for people that want to retrofit AE and don’t have actuators it’s pretty cost efficient

Attached a couple photos so you can see what I mean
