Seller says this Mustang has a ground effects package. Can someone identify what is different from a stock GT?

Some plastic aftermarket pieces on the bottom. Kind of laughable someone would call it ground effects kit. It is also lowered.

Rocker trim, just cosmetic. No real effects.

It did lower ground clearance
