Managed to get their demonstrator while mine was in for its 3 month check up

Good that they gave you an equivalent car. Some places give you whatever basic car is on the lot.

We took in a 7 pax SUV for work and the dealer tried to give us a compact hatch. Even though it had 5 seatbelt is I couldn't fit my 2 fully grown boys and my daughter in the back.

I had to tell them I needed at least 6 seats for my family of 5 and my mom. That was the only way they were going to give me an equivalent vehicle.

I agree,what 3 month check up??.I was told come back in a year......no chance of that I'm afraid.

I remember this, was offered the day i picked mine up. 3 month / 1000 mile - which I hit after about a month! Just a visual health check really, I got a pdf of the results somewhere but it seemed fairly extensive for a visual check.
