In other words, in 2034, you’ll still be able to buy an ICE vehicle correct?Right now by 2035 states like California and other “Blue” states are mandating the shut down of sales of ICE vehicles. Now think about it. California the 4th largest economy in the world shutting down the sales of ICE vehicles will definitely impact many carmakers and markets. By 2050 world governments want to cut oil sales to a world wide net amount of 25million barrels a day.
Plus the fact that here in the US there will be no more refineries built and many will more than likely close by the target of 2050. I do not see regular folks driving any ICE vehicles after that.
To my knowledge, even California will permit the sale of hybrids beyond 2035. Am I being mislead?
A hybrid still uses gasoline correct?
If those points are correct, what exactly is the problem you’re having here?
