MBRP street will have a little drone but very minimal. It is an awesome bang for the buck. If interested in a quote we have a huge sale going on for all MBRP with guaranteed low pricing.

Most people choose MBRP or Gibson for the price not the quality. Both will drone. Go Borla or Corsa if you want to avoid drone. Don't be afraid to go used on exhaust. Someone is selling the Corsa extremes on CL right now in Chandler for $800. I'd do that cost about the same as a new Gibson or MBRP system new.

I got my MBRP system brand new for a little more than $400 brand new (vendor sale + $75 rebate). It sounds great and zero drone. Also the fit was spot on. I had my old catback (h pipe and factory mufflers) out and the new one installed in less than an hour and a half with hand tools and taking my time.

What's the take on the aluminized steel? Is it really "less durable"?

Not signficantly, where you live. I wouldn't touch it with a 15 ft pole here, though. Salt is a killer.

I disagree, having a good catback adds one of the most character components to the car, the sound
Absolutely. Best thing I've done to the car by a large margin.

have you other mbrp street guys notice yours opening up over time as i have?
It has sounded better and better the more I drive it for sure! I love the MBRP Street so far, really no drone on freeway and it is nice and loud when I want it to be. Purchased the stainless through Beefcake, great deal from them.

I have the MBRP Street cat-back and it has a nice tone, no drone, like to the point you really cant even hear it cruising around. If I could do it again I would still go with MBRP and get the Race version.

I'm on the fence between the Gibson and the MBRP Street stainless cutbacks. Anyone have an insight between the 2? I just don't want DRONE. Thanks!!
If you're set on just one of these and not considering anything else l would choose the MBRP Street.
