Getting tune from steeda

Between waiting for my PnP harness they didn’t ship with the intake manifold and the tune it’s been 3 weeks now since I’ve got to drive. Just installed a borla s type catback prior to all this. As soon as I got my harness Monday, I installed and then submitted a tune to steeda. Nearly impossible to get ahold of anyone there. For anyone with experience purchasing from steeda How much more longer until my car is drivable?

From what I have heard on the forums Steeda is slow delivering tunes. That said I've never heard anyone complain once they got the tune.

Also, keep in mind, there's a big labor shortage. I'd guess Steeda is under-staffed like many place.

We are not understaffed & have 5-6 sales professionals available every day from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Just like I am here answering this thread on a Saturday - we are committed to our customer service & if the OP can provide his contact method - I can see if his questions went into Spam, and may have gone to an email address that doesn't have heavily monitored, etc. - or did he email Matt H. directly.

Hey thanks for reaching out. I was replying to Matt directly through his original email he sent me but I did get the tune delivered yesterday at 5:20 pm so I’m thankful. Car drives great now! Was just concerned prior because of the lack of communication. I did receive someone else’s package though and I haven’t got any response on what to do with it.
