Gen 5 Whipple

Does anybody that has the Gen 5 been able to remove the initial startup where the revs go up with an aftermarket tune? Running the whipple tune, happy for the most part, but not a fan of that spike at start up.

Cold or hot start?

Cold start. Yesterday was the first time Ive actually got to drive it since the install. Did it 3-4 times. Just started it to wash it. Didnt do it. Staryed it to warm up to take it out, mada. Maybe its just calibrating itself.

I noticed mine doing that right after the install on cold start, but I'm pretty sure it's not as pronounced now on cold starts.
