Gauge/Ambient Color default.

My wife changed all my colors to purple and now every time I start it it defaults back to purple even though I change it back to red and leave it on red. How do you make a color the default? Or can you tie it to fobs?

Have you checked the “My Color” settings?

I believe that some settings get coded to the key fob in use try another fob and see if the color change stays?

change everything to what you want. color, mirrors, seats, air, drive mode and so on. Then go in menu and set the my mode. Next time everything should start as your settings. In the my mode settings make sure the system setting is checked. this is what sets the colors and all when you start it. Also there is a procedure for setting them to your fob as well. I think it is on page 121 in manual.

Do you have the memory buttons on the drivers door? If so do as @Briebee72 said and then press and hold your preset button. Make sure your wife is using a different preset and don't mix up the keyfobs.
