the specialty cars should hold value a few decades from now, I could see 350R's and CFTP GT500s holding well.

Normal 350s and GT500s are already falling back to pre pandemic prices.

Demons will be really valuable....hellcats not so much....scats even less.

No. Mod the shit out of it. Make it yours. Enjoy it. Drive the shit out of it. Wash it and wax it. Vacuum the interior regularly.
You only live once, I say this as someone who once thought like you, then got the lung cancer diagnosis, did the chemo, surgery, and is now 10 years clear. Grab life by the balls, love your loved ones, and Mustang every day you can!

Oem it is i do watch barret Jackson and see all original bring ing more money the full custom and your right with gt's they are a de a dozen and not many are original and yellow well we are special thanks for all the comments this forums\website is amazing lots of good people out here even you haters lol 😆
Low mileage GT’s in excellent condition are rare as most get beaten up over time. Historically, these GT’s do quite well at resale and with the shift to EV I’d expect that trend to evolve. Modded beat up GT’s do not fare nearly as well.
The desire for some to own a low mileage garage kept V8 muscle car will not diminish although the supply of such undoubtedly and apparently will.

of course nothing is a garuntee. leaving that escape hatch for weak shitty parents is why our culture is filled with effeminate useless males. everyone who fails just throws their hands up with "oh well i tried"... but the fact is most people don't really try. they delegate their kids upbringing to strangers.
Really it goes from tire choice to this wow forums are really crazy

oh im sure the cars exist, there's just no way decades old cars with under 1000 miles get used all the time.

Question would keeping my car oem hold its value more then adding a simple exausht to it drive less then100 km on sunny weekends in the summer this car will be handed down for generations 🤞
Unless it is a limited unique edition, and 20-40 years in the future, it won't really matter what you do unless you butcher it. Best is to keep in great condition, and keep the takeoffs in the rare chance that it becomes valuable.

No question that in the longer term, a completely stock all original 'survivor' car will always bring more collector $$ than one highly modified, especially when so many hack the crap out of their cars.

I'll be giving my Bullitt to my grandson in 17 years (after college or trade school, or first enlistment). I will keep it in great shape, put about 7-8K a year, keep all the take offs (removed stock shocks/struts/springs and replaced with Steeda kit) and a few other minor things , but will keep it mostly stock. I'll be 74 (if still around...) and happy to pass it on conditional on his being a productive human ;-)

Enjoy the car!

This is my fear when my wife and I start having kids.
Not to get political, but IMO the emasculation of males has been in full swing for years. "Polite Society" wants everyone to act like polite little girls, and systematically crushes male aggressive behaviors
Guy down the street has two GT500's. Both 1968, both 100% original, both run and both are raced on the drag strip often. Both have under 1000 miles on them. Original miles. Don't know what they're "worth" but I want one. He bought them brand new in 1969. One was a gift to himself because he spent his college fund, and the other was purchased with money he made by doing landscape work when he was a kid. One is seafoam green, the other wimbledon white.
Less than 1000 miles since 1969? That's a sin...............
