I was thinking of buying from a direct owner. I don't trust dealership. Ford cars definitely need warranty compared to Toyota. Lol
You believe a Ford needs a warranty, but you want to buy from an owner, not a dealership.

Hmmmmmmm......

I didn't and probably won't ever like buying from a dealer. Maybe one day, somehow, we will see manufacturers move towards a Tesla type of approach. But for now, get a new or certified pre-owned, and getting a good warranty.. it's going to be some kinda dealer.

Best tip I have is doing research, which it seems you may be since you asked here..

What's the "Tesla type of approach"?

Get a used 2015-17 GT. The Gen II Coyote engines are stout and reliable. If it makes you feel more comfortable, discuss warranty options with the dealer to make sure you're covered.

I have nothing against the V6, I had a 2013 V6. But everywhere you go people will ask you, "Is that the V8". More importantly, you will wish you got the V8. Avoid regret just get the V8 to begin with. You have nothing to worry about.

It's pretty painless imo. Just order it online, there's no games at all. Then it's delivered to nearest service center. I believe the only thing that would go away is the ability to get a really good deal.

The only "games" at dealerships, are the games potential customers allow them to play. Do your home-work, walk in knowing exactly what you want to pay, and for what, and it becomes a simple yes or no proposition.

I feel ya, and do agree. Sadly, everyone is not good at that. Myself included, I think I did pretty good. But of course it can always be done better. And that's what Tesla eliminated, it's a baseline bought the product. It is even more yes or no is all I'm saying. It's like buying a new phone or something. There's no haggle, no worry or effort needed to get out of the games. All the companies profit is built into the price of the phone.

Buy a Camaro if you're worried about reliability. 3 less cams to worry about and 1.2 liters more awesome.
Plus if you get one that was built in Canada it comes with a free hockey stick and a joint.
