Curious if those of you that upgraded your stereo can post where you mounted the fuse holder near the battery? Also, did you attach the power wire to the bolt that clamps the battery terminal? That is the only bolt I have on my positive lead. Photos would be a big help. My car is a 2015 GT if that matters.

Thanks!

I mounted mine on the fender well using a self-tapping screw about 6 inches from the battery, and yeah I connected the power wire right to that terminal bolt - works fine on my '14.

Thanks, just ordered something similar. Was it hard to get the wire into the cabin? I heard there is a grommet somewhere back there to feed the wire through, but not exactly sure where it is.
Not hard at all. You need to slice the nipple (which is designed specifically for routing wires into the cabin btw). There are two (one in each wheel well). Here’s a pic I found on a random search. Look at the wire loom going through the grommet. They’ve already cut off the nipple on it.

I mounted my fuse holder just under the k-brace just outside of the battery box. I also used a 5/16" lug and connected my power to the tightening bolt on the positive terminal.
