I didn't see any provisions on your intercooler piping for stock style bpv for those using oem turbo.

From the pics on their website only the pipe that goes from the IC to TB is included. So you use your stock pipe on the other side to maintain the BPV.

The turbo upgrade uses an EFR turbo so no provision for the BPV is needed if you go that route

I've dealt with Geoff many times during the build on my '13 Eco F150. His products are absolutely top notch, and I've never had any issues. Hell, I called him up two weeks ago to get a custom pipe made to relocate my BOV so that I could mount a winch on my truck, and I have the pipe in hand already.

Hope they sent the intake too. Saw a ported headgames head and it looked like a lot was left on the table...

It was a 'ported' head, but as always, and esp from other pics of this combo specifically, the entire induction pathway is far more important than a single part...

I'm excited. I mean, sure I know the GT is reliable power but I can't help but feel more interested in the Ecoboost putting out big numbers like this.

I've always been a V8 guy but...I'm really feeling like EB is the way I want to go with my next Mustang.

That was me in a nutshell. I intentionally moved on from GTs to get the EB.

X3

New challenges are good. Modern V8s are really too easy anymore, and don't impress me like they used to.

hi guys - we are now sponsors here on the site, it's a good one to support and we intend to be here for a long time. Last week we finished final round prototypes: getting our catback exhaust, downpipe, oil cooler and intake into fixturing and final CAD models - soon to be production ready. We continue to develop our own aftermarket support for the 2.3L EcoBoost engine and S550 platform, and working with numerous aftermarket companies right now to do the same.

Please understand we are using this mustang as our in-house R&D mule / product development beast. We are not in a rush to start racing it.. although our driver, Brian Peters is. (he just won a highly competitive SoCal event - http://www.scca.com/news/index.cfm?cid=52344) -- our car has been apart and together and apart and together more times than I care to remember... this time she is *really* torn up:

-our turbokit has evolved quite a lot and is one of my biggest OCD areas. The original testing took place in Ford's Engine Test Cell and then the on-car stuff was between our baby and Chip Foose's mustang. We've learned so much over the last 6 months, I literally changed every element of the kit and pushed back all our timelines for production. There is so much new technology hitting this platform, we made the decision to redesign rather than rush to market - and future proof our products as best as possible.

-Headgames Motorworks and Ferrea Valvetrain are prepping our cylinder head. prototype was on display at PRI. We have a healthy and abused test cell engine used for prototype testing which was torn down to make some power. Im a fan of building motors that have been heat cycled.

-JE asymetric FSR pistons are getting custom made to my specification. I was told from a very knowledgable source to try a different piston top (simpler) than most..

-Working with 2 different camshaft manufacturers, one is doing a billet cam, the other is grinding us some reduced base circle cams. They are 2 completely different price points, but the billet cam allows experimentation with a different HPFP cam lobe profile.

-Driveshaft Shop -- carbon fiber driveshaft and 108mm CV axles (300M cage, balls and bars) are in production

-Wavetrac Differentials has a really nice 'torsen' LSD. Brian (our driver) loves the way these perform so we decided to start here. Wavetrac has our pumpkin right now in their lab, using it to develop the differential design for the S550

-Whiteline Complete bushing kit installed. LCA's, UCA's, integral link, they have a great catalog and pretty easy to install.

-Penske coilovers are getting a slight update to the camber plate (to achieve more negative camber) and a slight change to the rear damper configuration

-Brembo still has not finished their bolt-on rear brake kit. The setup we had been running in the rear was a brembo 4 piston with custom rotor. It is not off the shelf and did not give us the right rear braking setup. Not sure where we will go on this

-not sure how far to go with chassis reinforcements/cage work and whether to tear up this awesome interior. Planning to remove as much weight as possible, curtain airbags, etc

-To do: I cycled the car to check for bumpsteer and found a bit more toe out than we wanted towards full bump. Need to come up with a strategy, adjustable tie rods are a probable first step, there is a lot to learn here. Also need to determine which way to go on the subframe bushes, NVH is harsh with solid aluminum!

-Two major clutch mfg's are working on a twin disc for us

-A couple companies are working with us on fueling (no details at this time)

Sorry if im quiet, but our development is never ending and i dont like to post until there's something worth sharing

It's good to see an update Geoff! I can't wait to see everything you guys are coming up with.

Since the car is back in your hands apparently Kognition can finally send me my wing!

Looking forward for more updates!

Great update.
You said there are two clutch companies working with you, but is anyone doing a flywheel?
