Mbrp full race exhaust question

Should the pipes with the hangers be on opposite sides? Mine doesn't look that low... It may be the angle you took the pic though.

My driver side tailpipe hangs a lot lower than the passenger side. Supposedly a lot of people have this problem, when I got in contact with mbrp, they're really spotty with sending a replacement so I just gave up and I'll probably have a shop heat gun it into place
