I have a 19 fbo gt running e85, would upgrading my fuel system be beneficial? If I where to add gt350 fuel hat/pumps, fuel rail and injectors would it be worth my time/money?

No. You have DI from the factory so unless you’re cranking 20 PSI of boost your fuel needs zero aftermarket assistance .
