I’m in the market for a return fuel system and am lost with how many options there is. Car is a 2019 with a Hellion Sleepet Kit. I’m looking at the budget systems(rodeheavers, sai li, juggernaut power) as well as the fore and lethal division x systems. What I do know is that I want something plug and play and a system that will handle 950whp on e85. I’ve read it’s better to go all out the first time so I never have to mess with it again. I’m currently leaning towards the Juggernaut budget system but 950whp will be close to maxing the system out and I don’t want that. I want to have a little bit of room to grow just Incase. Any suggestions?

Chris, as someone who has had a Hellion kit on my S550 and a fuel system, I would personally recommend the Division X stage 1 setup if you are hovering around the 900 range. The kit if very well built and comes with everything you'll need to make it a hassle free job. I can also get you an unbeatable price on one if you are interested in it. https://www.lethalperformance.com/l...tang-gt-level-1-return-style-fuel-system.html

Well not really. I’m curious as to what systems others are running with similar power. I was told the budget kits using the oem pumps are the only kits that won’t burn out fuel pumps.

I've only had my Lethal kit for a month so can't help too much. I will tell you that their kit is plug and play.

Road heavers is backlogged for parts, Sai li also. Call Terry Beefcake Reeves for a Fore system, he has everything in stock. He hooked me up with a great deal on my dual pump Fore system.

The Lethal kit is awesome. I have the stage 1 kit with dual pumps. I think it's as plug and play as you can get. The lines are pre made and coated, which is really nice and the feed line connects to the factory fuel rail.

I just purchased a stage 2 Fore kit from Beefcake. Gave me an awesome deal and received everything in less than a week. Currently waiting to install, but from the directions it looks straight forward. Not to mention the quality of Fore is top notch.

I can only speak on the lethal kit. I purchased a triple 465 set up from Andrew at Lethal. The kit comes well packaged, instructions are pretty straight forward. I struggled a minute on cutting the prime wire in the stock harness to trigger the relays but other than that I will say its a very easy kit to install once you have a good layout for the harness. I didn't want to bunch wires up behind my quarter trim panel and wanted the fuses and relays accessible. My harness is routed thru the pass. side into the trunk, mounted the fuses and relays in the rear and back up to the pumps on the driver side. Should you end up going this route, I encourage you to PM me and I show you pics of where I routed the harness and what wire to cut etc. I think it would take 4 hrs max now to install one having done it once. Having spent the money already, and if I had to do it again (which I will for another build) I would not hesitate to repurchase this kit.
