Fuel Rails

Just recently made a switch from 93 to E85 on my boosted 19 s550 GT. Lund tuned the car however they said that it’s cutting fuel up at higher RPM 6800ish to 7500, they are saying that it must be my fuel rails, so my question is which upgraded fuel rails should I go with?

I’m running ESS G3 Supercharger w 110mm pulley, Sai Li return style fuel system, id1050x injectors, headers, xpipe, exhaust etc.

So do I get fuel rails with cross over or without? Also which brand should I go with to hold that 1000+ hp?

I run radium fuel rails with a crossover. Haven’t had an issue in over a year running them and give your ports to run things like an aftermarket fuel pressure gauge etc etc.

Rails will help but the Sai Li kit runs out of pressure fast at 800 wheel on e85 on a gen 3. You're going to want a better setup for your power goals.

Get that and get 2 Ti274's or Ti285's. I would think you should be able to adapt the lines from the Sai Li kit to make tge radium hat work. The twin Ti274's will support more than the stock heads and block can handle.

Or you could upgrade to an Arcane stage 2 set-up for about $1400-$1500 that comes with that fuel hat, the pumps, the lines, an inline filter, etc.
