Front bumper problems...

So, my left front dog ear at the trailing edge of the headlamp is looking like a mess. Anyone else having this issue?

No frontal impact here. My 2014 Fusion did the same thing.

I'm a detail and paint guy and what I've noticed on mine is probably just shoddy work from the factory. I had 2 high end German cars (which were perfect) before this and I've just learned to live with the Ford "flaws".

Mine's been *exactly* like that since delivery and the dealer's going to take a crack at fixing it when the parts arrive for the rear bumper fix.

Mine looks the same. I removed the wheel well liner and realigned then retightened but it eventually returned to its original position. A lot of the problem is access to the small bolt and weakness of the bracket. Similar to the rear bumper hardware.

Not only the bracket but the nut plates/u nuts strip and there for hardware is loose. Loose hardware, low tension saggy bumper

Fixed mine for good, removed wheel well liner, got rid of shitty screw, drilled a hole through bracket and used a stainless steel bolt with washers and nylon nut. Voila, problem solved. Now i need to find a solution for that rear sagging bumper cover, no way i’m letting the dealership touch my car.

Nice job ponies (and avatar). Patience got the better of me at my advanced age and I wasn’t willing to make a second run at it. My car actually has good paint and this is my only flaw besides slight rear bumper sag. Black can make those gaps less obvious. I do not trust the dealer with stuff like this either. I actually expected worse fit and finish on this car but was pleasantly surprised.

I leaned on mine pretty good to pop it back in. As others stated, pull the fender liner, loosen, adjust, and re-tighten

^^^ Cool idea and good solution but I cant deal with a viable tab on the bumper. They should sell the outer portion of that tab in Ford factory pain colors.

I’ve got the same thing on the top and as a bonus the bottom part sticks out as well. With this and other issues my detailer honestly thought it had been in accident and repaired very shoddily.
