Thanks for that. My passenger side was almost impossible to get off without breaking the tabs the one time I took the bumper off. Now I'm not dreading the next time.

3d Print what? The video is about using a zip tie.

Are you talking about 3d printing something that can be attached to the car at a better location for the zip tie to attach to? I can see that would make this method even better.

The aluminum brackets that the OP fabed up..

I never really thought about doing them in aluminum. Bet it's a bunch stronger than ABS.

Pretty sweet, I wonder how well it works. I ended up just gluing the bumper cover to the car with epoxy. It works pretty good and with force you can pop it off to remove the bumper. I just reglue it every time lol

You'd think basic design elements such as this would be well understood by 2015. Yet, this is so common there is a kit.
