What advice would you give to people who are just starting to think about suspension?
FRPP handeling Kit is best choice for dd and good performance. They work well together. Of all the springs and shocks/struts I have installed none of them match well together. Or you can spend the money and buy the ride tech coilovers. One the best coilovers I ever tested. Too bad I had to sell it.

I was looking at the FRPP kit last night. I'll take a look at the ridetech as well. Things got slightly out of hand the other day getting on the onramp so suspension jumped up the list. Thank you Niz.

I got the FRPP Track with Swift springs and find it a good combo.
It's the same lowering as the spring that comes in the kit

The swift is linear spring and the ford racing is progressive. Lowering might be the same amount but the rate is different.

Why would you ditch the springs that come with the handling pack?
I do more track events and have always used Swift springs and loved them.
I already had the springs on hand when I ordered the track package and decided to use them instead

They haven't done me wrong and the car is very stable

I still have to springs that came in the package. I just wish Ford would put up the spring rates for them.

Get a 3lbs hammer and put the nut over the tip of the bolt and threaded in until is flush with the tip. Turn your steering wheel so you have easy access to the bolt and hit it couple times really hard and it will pop out. Make sure to turn the steering wheel.

Niz55 can you please post the part numbers for the 2 bolts and nuts for each strut, it would be very much appreciated.

Update I purchased the track pack along with MM caster camber plates and bmr CB005 cradle lock out.

Any tips for installing the CC plates and the CB005? Should I install the suspension then install the CB005? I'm planning on doing this in one day on a lift. Should I do the suspension on one day then do the CB005 the next day?

I'd do the CB005 at the same time as the springs...you'll need to disassemble those parts anyway to lower the cradle (then you remove the springs), might as well put them in while you're putting the cradle back up. Also, you can put the alignment sleeves at the same time with no extra effort.

Can I install the CB005 one side at a time? I plan on lowering the cradle one side at a time for the springs.
