Gonna reluctantly bump this. any resolution to this, or others who are experiencing something similar?
Have a Mach 600 kit with their TO bearing, experiencing the exact same issue. Can replicate the light pedal in neutral as well. This was after the break in period. Stock return spring, stock...
from my math, i think so. i have a 19x11 et52 rear with 2deg of camber and it's quite sunk in. your setup will be 15mm more aggressive. i think you got the room. i'll attach some pics here.
i dont think ive ever heard a full exhaust coyote that wasnt raspy. doesn't bother me though. i like it that way!
seems like the only truly deep tone exhaust you can get out of these cars is factory, and that of course is too quiet..
Dec 9 2018 Update!
In the past couple weeks found out that I finally plugged my stock catalytic converters. My symptoms were:
- flashing CEL ('soft' random misfire P0300, no CEL on dash)
- loss of power after 5k RPM
- overboosting at high RPMs (10psi with a P1SC on a 3.7 pulley???)
So I...
haha sometimes i feel the other way! i sometimes think about TVS setups or even going twins, but this does everything i need it to do and then some. already a handful for autocross!
Been a while, the car's been the same since last update. Currently sitting at 46k miles. Still on stock clutch!
But picked up a few goodies during this sales season!
Picked up a set of Apex SM10s in "anthracite". 19x11 square setup, et52 all around.

sorry to ask so many but one last question, 3'' or 3.5'' for a 25mm in the front? using performance pack struts, so guessing 25mm is required for clearance
yeah i know, i'm asking because stock studs will poke slightly if you use the spacers with integrated studs
OEM wheels hvae pockets that will clear these, not sure of the SM10s will.
You need a spacer if you want a rotatable 19x11 square fitment. you can get a 19x11 low offset but wont be able...
also waiting on the SM10 19x11s, do these wheels have little pockets on the back side to use 25mm spacers with integrated studs, or would i need to get an extended set?
got 7k out of a set of 305 35 19 MPSS before they hit the wear bars, they're wearing even on both rears which so dont think its an alignment issue. lots of autocross though. i'm not too surprised. the continental extremecontactsports i had before lasted about the same. i figure at the rate im...
38k miles on stock clutch, 18k boosted at 500wtq, drag racing, autocross, many many launches, still grabs good. only time i had slip was when i made about 4 1/4 passes back to back but hasnt acted up since.
edit:
no slicks though. street tire only
