I don't know man. I called couple of ford dealers . Couple of them don't know what I am talking about.. Couple of them said we don't do mod in Ford .Said NO on my face.

PROCAL software enable you to communicate and download the tune file to your car.
OP, you need to request a copy of your tune file from the mechanic so you have a copy of it. If be used his own laptop to do the download them he would have the tune file.

Wow 575! 
I did mine myself last week (GT PP2). 100miles so far its definitely noticeable. Hate the NLS on the MT82. Not sure if EB PP has the same setup.

In order to really validate if the tune was loaded on your car is to reach out to Ford Performance and ask them to check. When you log in to the FP site, you should see the calibration voucher FP issued to you and they can help you from there.

Ok I can help you out on this one. So you can download the Procal3 application via the Ford performance website IIRC. Hopefully you activated your account using the provided access code and have access to said account. If you feel the tech didn't flash the car at all you can simply reflash it. Now the tune itself takes time to do its octane mapping sequence. For me this took about 200 miles. What you can do to speed it up is get on the highway and do as many pulls from 50-70mph, 40-60mph, and 60-90mph. The biggest difference on this tune will be where the power falls off. On the stock tune the power is dead after 5k RPM. On the FP tune that sucker will pull til redline. Give it a few days and get those highway pulls in.
If the tech you took it to set up your fp account and used the access code that's not great bc it will be registered to an email account that you are not in control of. You will need that log in information when you open the Procal3 application to verify the download. If the tech did not in fact flash the car for some reason you can reflash it yourself. you will need a wifi connection and OBD to USB connector. also $575 that guy took you for a ride buddy.

Some of us don’t have access to a track. Speaking of condoms, I have more legal whore houses within 30 miles of my house than I do race tracks in a 400 mile radius. Now that I’m older, I wish it was the other way around, lol.

So I connected the port and fire up the Procal software on my laptop . And that what I got. So do you think this is stock or Procal tune?

Sounds like you got effed by this shop.
I'd call them out. If they did use the procal to upload the time on your car they'd have to create a FR username/pw and enter the info following the steps. If they didn't then I'd be yelling at them for lying and ask for some money back. This kit literally takes less than 1hr to install.
Or just follow the steps and try to upload the tune yourself. It's pretty straight forward.
