I used to track my 16 Ecoboost. You NEED to upgrade the intercooler, brake fluid, have an extra set of pads, and good tires. It handles very well and is no slouch. My GT is ultimately faster but the weight distribution on the Eco is better. Bc its an inline 4 the weight is very centralized, but...

If you want a decent hp boost and already have a pro tune, get headers, and finish your exhaust. run datalogs to your tuner and get it refitted. 20-35hp gain with a 40lbs weight lose. IIRC back seat delete only takes off 65lbs? you'll feel that for sure. best of luck
