Evidently there is a major update for the '21 MY. My tuner was able to shut off the double horn honk feature. Enable bambi mode. Enable dark mode and, there is now a way to turn off the puddle lights separately.

Enabling dark or what is called "police mode," keeps the interior light from coming on when the door is opened. They can still be turned on/off using the buttons in the overhead.

This one doesn’t make sense to me. Cops carry flashlights, very bright ones. And if you have to open your door for them that means you’re being removed from your vehicle and they can do a visual search from outside anyways.
