What.. Redbull has deeper pockets then F1 as an organization. Redbull makes the cigarette companies back in the day and marketing look like amateurs.

That explains why he left executive branch paralyzed and shocked at the $400M budget ask LOL.

Haha the investors would rather invest in AI and weapons systems that a singles F1 season although I suspect it's a pending Ford power plant debacle ppl jumping ship early...it's all speculation.

I didn't know RB was a public company or had finance public disclosures....

Not difficult to draw a conclusion. Sales for 24 were north of 11 billion. F1 was a little over 3.5 billion.

Hello; I was guilty of saying Tsunoda was out at RB a short while back. Saw a story today that he is out. No saying such is true yet after being burned before.

Jos CAUSED this unrest by saying all this BS
Hello; I do not know enough about the dynamic of a driver's dad within a team. Is there more to Jos's position I should know about?

Officially no. But he’s an arrogant father pushing for his son to get special treatment. Parents always want the best for their kids. I understand that. But this guy is something else…

Edited to say I don’t think the Verstappen camp is much of Max at this point. He’s a driver doing his best with what is now a 3rd or 4th fastest car.

I’ve been following F1 for a pretty long time too and Spa is honestly on my bucket list for tracks to visit. That must’ve been wild to actually drive there, it was way more exciting than any virtual lap I’ve done. I’ve only managed to get to local Grand Prix races, but the energy trackside is just something else, especially hearing those engines in person.

If you ever decide to catch another race or even visit a different circuit, it’s worth keeping track on ticket marketplaces, since you can sometimes find last-minute deals or seats to Grand Prix events that usually sell out fast. There’s a pretty decent selection for Formula 1 tickets online at https://www.seatpin.com/formula-1-tickets if you’re planning ahead.

The sound now although still impressive is nothing compared to the V10 era. Crazy almost uncomfortably loud. You can still get that experience with the European BOSS championships though.

Hello; well, he certainly is off to an interesting start, don't we know. I do not think he has much of a chance for a title in general based on watching Ferrari the last decade or so. Also, I suspect Lewis is not quite as sharp as he used to be. Maybe next year if Ferrari happens to field a car greatly superior to all the other cars, but do not see such.

Hello; The last few weeks I have been watching Indy car races. I accidently must have set my TV box to record all the races. This last race was a city street course. Before that a short oval. A thing is the races were fun to watch. The cars were contesting each other in corners pretty much all the time. No follow the leader lap after lap and wait for a pit stop strategy as in F1.
I began to see one reason being the protection of body work around the tires. They can bang and lean on each other and get away with it. Also do not think the stewards get involved.
Another thing is the cars can follow each other closely for a long time unlike in F1. not sure about why that is possible.

Anyway I found the racing enjoyable and began to compare with F1. Lots of ongoing excitement.

The indy cars do look to be pretty much cookie cutter sorts. I do not know the drivers anymore.
